3) Use high quality photos to market the property with a strong online presence. 90%+ buyers will find their future home by searching listings online. You need to be featured where they are looking and catch their eye to get them in to your home.
4) Give rooms a purpose. Buying a home is an emotional decision, help buyers connect and fall in love with your house.
5) Make it convenient for Buyers to see your house and find your house. Don’t have too many showing restrictions, have a sign in front of the property so it’s easy to identify when approaching, remove pets from the property during showings and leave the home light and bright with open curtains, blinds and lights turned on throughout.
6) Have your home pre-inspected and offer a home warranty. A pre-inspection can save you time and money. Correct potential issues before the Buyer has their own inspection to expedite this process.
